ABOUT THE FINAL

The final exam will be a take home exam. The exam will consist of six comparative essay questions, requiring you to draw on your knowledge of each of the traditions that we have studied. You be asked to use the comparative categories that you have learned:

1. Anthropology

2. Divinity/Ultimate Reality

3. Eschatology

4. Soteriology

5. Mysticism

Please Note:

I will expect a high level of precision, detail, and writing quality. You should make frequent use of appropriate terms and concepts, with thorough attention given to dates, practices, texts, etc. Each essay should be a minimum of 1.5 pages. Your final should be double-spaced, with 12 pt. font, 1 inch margins and page numbers.

I will post the final exam questions on the Assignments page on Tuesday, December 13^th at 12:00 PM.
The exam is due to me by 8 AM on December the 16^th.
